Facebook Live Sales
Join us on our Facebook page for our fun live sales with our gorgeous batiks! We are now doing two shows every other week and this is where the vast majority of our batik yardage is sold as we just don't have the manpower to get the individual fabrics listed on the website.

How does it work? Please read for important details.
Go to our Facebook page at the appropriate time. On the left banner, you should see a LIVE entry. Click that to join the live event. Laura will chat for a few minutes as people connect and say Hi.
Once you connect, whenever that is during the sale, chat your email address in the chatbox, or use Facebook messenger to send us your email address if this is your first live sale with us. This is a critical step which will allow us to invoice you one or two days later. If you do not do this, we will be unable to invoice you or ship. Your item will go to the next in line, because we will have no way to contact you. If you have previously purchased our live sale items, we have your email address so entering it again is not required.
When the sale starts, Laura will show a product and each product will have a tag with a number. For instance, a tag might be FQ312 which stands for Fat Quarter #312. If you want that item, you would simply type in FQ312. If you wanted two, you would type FQ312 Qty 2. Another product might be yardage of a batik. A tag might be B42, which would stand for Bolt #42. We sell by the 1/2 yard. So if you wanted 1.5 yards, you would type B42 1 1/2.
Items are limited in quantity. More people may want a product than is available. From our admin in Facebook, we can see the timestamp of a comment to the second. We use this timestamp to find who commented first. The order of the comments in the chat do not accurately reflect who commented first. Even going from your computer to your phone, you might see a different order. So while it may appear you were the first to comment, we will go by the timestamp.
After the sale, the following days we will go through the comments, and make a list of everyone's purchases. We will then email a PayPal invoice to you. If you have any changes you want to make, like add an item, custom order, or if we made a mistake, let us know BEFORE paying the invoice. You do NOT need a PayPal account to pay the invoice. Just click the button on the upper left that says Pay Now. You can use a credit card or PayPal account if you have one. You will have 24 hours to pay the invoice in order to quality for the bonus prize. Invoices not paid within 48 hours will be cancelled, and products will go to the next in line. If you do not get an invoice, check your spam or junk folder and then mark it as not spam. If you do not find it, contact us so we can double check and resend if necessary.
Once we get notification of payment, we will prep your order to ship. We get all orders shipped ASAP, usually in just a few days.
We cut off both sales for the week at 9 a.m. Friday morning in order to get started on allocating and invoicing. You can claim on the replays or make changes up until that point.
