Note: These Wilmington patterns are printed to order.  We have the right to print them as part of our agreement with Wilmington when ordering the Shop Sample kit.  We also have the right to distribute them via pdf, which we will do upon request.

This pattern was written for a Block of the Month and will be printed as ordered in full color.  You will receive the full Kit version of the pattern, the Sham pillow pattern, as well as the Block of the Month version.

The batik colors include warm browns and tans, as well as some gold and black.  The 96" x 99" Cinnamon Twist queen quilt has a side drop of about 18".  It's built with 9" blocks set on point with 3" x 9" sashing blocks and 3" cornerstones.  It's finished with simple outer borders.  This sampler-style quilt is one that most confident beginners and certainly those with moderate experience will enjoy.

The designer feels that the size of the blocks and piecing means that quilters with moderate experience and even confident beginners will find this project achievable (no tiny or intricate piecing).
